The MLS system is a unique marketing tool Realtors use help there buyers find the perfect home.  As a Realtor I have access to every listing available any where, which means that I can show you and help you buy any house you see listed for sale, by any Real Estate company!!  Once you work with a Realtor and build a trusting relationship, they will make sure that you are protected in your purchase.  The best way to stay protected is to use the same Realtor for every showing.
