My name is Mick Adamski.
Real Estate has been a part of my life since I was born. My very first word "bird" was spoke in a home my grandmother just listed. My grandmother has owned many brokerages in various locations in BC through out her Real Estate Career. My father took over her last Re/Max office in Ashcroft BC and is currently running that office today. My Aunt is a Real Estate Agent in Stoney Plain AB, and my sister is a Mortgage Broker in Calgary. Nearly all of my uncles are involved in the Construction industry in some form or another.
So as you can see a Career in Real Estate was a natural fit. I also hold a university degree in Natural Resource Management. Many people think that the two fields are very different. I would have to disagree. All Real Estate is based around the development of raw land, which consist of trees, streams, and many natural wildlife habitats. With my diverse background in Land Management, People Management and the Construction industry, I feel that I have a much better understanding, than most Realtors, when it comes to large scale development projects.
I understand all aspects of development from the planing to the implementation and of course, specializing in the marketing and selling of all types of Real Estate associated with the development. With my experience managing people and my training in conflict resolution, I am equipped to handle any problem or situation that my arise during the course of a Real Estate transaction.
Being very close to my family I understand the deep emotional attachment that people can feel when it comes to their homes. I take my job very serious and you can feel at ease knowing that your most valuable asset is being represented as if it were my own. I take great pride in knowing that my skills have helped to make a smooth and stress free transition from one home to another. A Referral is one of the highest complements that I can receive.
